BOO!! :) :) :)

Boo!! :)

I hope you are all well :) :) Getting excited for Halloween? :) I sure am!! :) :) :)

This morning I have been making Casper Cakes :)

Spooky hey? :) :)

Anyways here is the recipe, in case you want to make some of your own ghostly friends :)  (the buns ive made are chocolate, but you could makeplain buns if you want :) :)

Ingredients (to make 10 ghosties) :)
3 eggs
6oz soft margerine
6oz caster sugar
5oz self raising flour
1oz cocoa powder
Jam
Roll out Royal Icing
Icing pens.

What to do:
1) In a foodprocessor, mix your eggs, margerine and caster sugar on full speed for 60 seconds.
2) Add the flour and cocoa powder and pulse 30 times.
3) Mix at half speed for 30 seconds.
4) Split your mixture across 20 bun cases.
5) Cook at 150-175 degrees until your buns feel springy to touch.
6) Remove from the oven and let your buns cool. Then remove from the bun cases.
7) Stick two buns on top of each other with your jam.
8) Roll out your icing so it is quite thin.
9) Cut the icing into circles.
10) Lay your icing on top of your bun piles and wiggle the icing at the bottom so it looks like a floaty ghost :)
11) Draw faces on your ghosts using a squeezy icing pen.

TA DAHHHHH :) You are done :) Well done you :)

I hope you all have a wonderful Halloween weekend!! :) :) :)

Big hugs and smiles :) :) :)

I'm Back!! :) and crafting for Battersea Dogs Home :) :) :)

Hello everyone!! :) :)

I hope you are all well :) I'm sorry I've been away for a while, I've been doing some temporary work. I must say I am now a pro with a tape gun!! :) :)

Anyway I am back and this morning I have been crafting little scented bags.....for dogs!! Whilst I was browsing the Mollie Makes blog:;

http://molliemakes.themakingspot.com/

I spotted that Battersea dogs home are asking crafty folk to make them little scented bags to help keep the dogs calm while they wait for their new perfect home :) :) Soooo, this morning I have made them 3 little doggy bags :) (they still need filling with lavender and sealing up.)

I hope the doggies like their little bags!! :) :) :)

Now that I've got a little bit of free time on my hands, its craft central in my house  :) Need to get started on Christmas presents!! :) :) Tommorow, however I'll be showing you my special CAD design for halloween :) I LOVE HALLOWEEN!! :) :) :)

Big hugs and smiles :)

Some More Love for Mollie Makes :) :) :)

Hi there :)

I hope you are having a lovely weekend :) :) :) I've had a nice day today watching Downton Abbey <3 and making some anniversary presents for G :)

I thought today I would show my latest project from Mollie Makes magazine :) A cute little coin purse :)

I really like it because it has a different fabric on each side :) :) Which is super good for a lover of fabrics like me :) :)

I'm also quite excited to report that I've had a few orders now for christmas presents (YAY Christmas!!) So if anybody else would like something making as a special Christmas gift let me know asap please :) :)

I hope you all have a lovely evening :)

Big hugs and smiles :)
